Introduction – Conversation With Parents and Teachers. The focus of chinuch (education) must be its lasting impact rather than its immediate effects. Chinuch as developing the spark within the child. Chinuch introduces each child to themselves. Proper chinuch requires the heart of the teacher and getting down to the child’s level. Torah can only be given with excitement. The requirement to see every child as a future Tzaddik.
