In this shiur for Chanuka we will study the writings of two of the giants of Hashkafa & Mussar, the 'Sam Derech' and the 'Sifsei Chaim' on the miracles of Chanuka. We will address the question: what is unique about the miracles of Chanuka that justifies its establishment as a mo'ed? What should be emphasized in the nusach of Al Hanisim?
