Description

In this shiur we will study the sugya of 'yisurim', i.e. physical suffering and the causes and purposes of such anguish. We will discuss three gifts Hashem bestows upon His people; the prerequisite for these is 'yisurim'. The role of yisurim to refine a man's character and to engender 'kapara avonos' will be analyzed.
