We will continue our analysis of the mitzva of Ner Chanuka and the nature of pirsum HaNes. Should we light our Ner outside the house or inside? Does pirsum change with the place and the time? Should one recite a bracha over the Hadlaka later than the time for pirsum for the people in the marketplace? Does the universal rule of Safek Brachot apply to the mitzva of Ner Chanuka?
