We will focus on the opinion of Rebby Akiva regarding Malkos for Chayvei Kares, but not for chaivei Misas Beis Din. Is his view based on the principle "one punishment per crime" as derived from 'kedei rishaso', or is it based on the nature of the Lav, i.e. no malkot for a lav hanitan le'azharas misas beis din? The difference will be in the case of a criminal who received a 'hasra'ah' (warning) for malkos only.
