Description

Avraham's defeat of the Four Kings and his walking through the four animals sliced in half during the Covenant Between the Parts embody the rise and fall of four Kingdoms that will oppose Israel over the course of history before God's Kingship is revealed. We critically examine the roots of these four Kingdoms and the nature of the system of the four exiles as an intentional process. What are they meant to produce in the development of the Jewish people as a nation?
