Addendum: Left out the Sefer Hachinuch in Mitzvah רמא which says that the actions of one person to his friend are Hashgachas Hashem. Gives an example of David and Shimmi Ben Gaira that Dovid knew that the curses of Shimmi were really coming from Hashem.
