Can Teshuva bring complete kappara to the sinner without the help of any other Mechaper? What are the 'aveiros kalos' that lend themselves to kappara al yedei Teshuvah alone? What are the 'aveiros chamuros' that need Teshuva plus Yom Kippur? Is the Lav of Lo Tisah a paradigm for a classical Lav that engenders Malkot? We will study the sugya in Yoma 85b, and try to classify Lavin with regard to kappara thru Teshuva alone.
