Description

What is the status of land that was set aside "to help the needy in Shemitah"? What is the status of the eastern side of the Yarden [Transjordan] - the land in the north which the Jews coming from Egypt settled, and the land in the south associated with Amon and Moav? [This shiur could/should have been clearer, I think.]
