In this shiur we will study the case of a tree whose trunk is in one domain, while its branches are in a different domain. What is the status & halachik location of the main part of the tree and its branches? This will be relevant to both Ir Miklat and Maaser Shenei. The last few minites of the shiur will be the introduction to next week's shiur.
