-- Various types of claims each side can have when it comes to the dispute we find implied at the beginning of the second chapter of Ketubot where we would believe a husband's claim that he only has to pay a non-virginal ketubah of maneh, even though she claims she was a virgin when they got married, in a case where there are no witnesses: 1) Chazaka Me'ikara 2) Chazaka M'Rov 3) HaMotzi Mechaveiro Alav Haraya 4) Bari vs Shema 5) B'yado 6) Weak types of witnesses 7) Modeh Bemiktzas. -- We must keep in mind the question of the nature of a betulah ketubah versus a non-betulah ketubah, and if there is any difference.
