In this shiur for Masechet Rosh Hashana 32a, we will analyze the controversy regarding the structure of the Mussaf Service for Rosh HaShanana. Is Malchiyos to be integrated into Kedushas HaShem or Kedushas HaYom? Why does R' Akiva insist that according to R' Yochanan ben Nuri the tenth verse of Malchiyos must be omitted? Why is the blowing of the shofar omitted? We will study the insights of the Rav zatza"l on this ambiguous sugya, and we will remain with two unanswered questions.
