We will discuss the chidush of the Bikurei Yaakov regarding a group of lulavim - each member of the group is pasul according to one opinion, but each of the opinions would agree that there is a Kosher lulav in the group. Can one take all the lulavim and fulfill his obligation? After all, he definitely took a kosher lulav! Yet each lulav unto itself would be excluded due to the Halachik principle of Safek DeOraita L'Chumra. In this shiur we woll analyze a Shach and its application to the laws of Psulei Kehuna.
