We will study three cases of adding a fifth species, would there be a violation of Ba'al Tosif according to Rebby Yehuda and according to the Chachamim? One - the min was inside the Agad; two - the extra min was outside the Agad; Three - the min was used as the binder itself. We will plow through the Tos' and differentiate between the violation of Ba'al Tosif as an Aveira, and the status of the other four minim viv-a-vis thr kiyum HaGavra of mitzvas U"Lekachtem.
