We will study the controversy surrounding the case of a Sonai who claims that his act of murder was unintentional. Does he find refuge in the Ir Miklat? We will spend the bulk of the shiur on the details of the Mishna regarding the establishing of the six Arei Miklat, three in Ever HaYarden, and three in Eretz Yisrael proper. We will suggest a radical idea: the six cities have a special sanctity.
