Description

Succah 30a, Tos' "Mikem" and the psul Korban of Gazul. There are two Halachos of Gaul, one relates to the Ma’aseh Hakdasha, i.e. to convert a Beheimas Chulin to a Bheimas Kadshei Mizbe’ach, the other relates to the bringing of a stolen Beheimas Kadshim as a korban on the Mizbe’ach. Each of these Halachos requires a Yalfusa, the Sugya in Bava Kama according to Raba derives from ‘korbano’ the Halacha of the psul in the guf haKorban whereas the sugya in Succah derives from ‘mikem’ the exclusion of the Ma’aseh Hakdasha by the gazlan.
