We will study Rashi according to the girsa of the Maharam, i.e. that Rav Ami does not accept the validity of a "Ma'aseh Kol DeHu" to remove the status of Muktza from the stone, but would allow for a "Ma'aseh Chashuv" to engender the status of a kli with regard to the stones and thereby remove Muktza. We will try to understand why arranging the stones is considered a Ma'aseh Chashuv. In this shiur we will re-visit the controversy between Rashi & the Rashba regarding sitting on stones that are muktza. We will study the Tos' on the sugya.
