      min 31:00 you say food can be מוקצה if it is נדחה בידים 

      in סימן שט סעיף ב  שו"ע הרב he writes 

      even if ifood  is נדחה בידים it does not become מוקצה.

      could be that the is a different poblem with חלות דבש (like to remove the on shabbos) that makes it not ראוי?

      nontheless you still have a מחלוקות between ר"י and ר"ש.
