We begin the mishna in Masechet Shabbat 124a, which presents the situation that came to be following the leniency introduced in generations that followed Nechemya. Rabba and Rava debated the scope and nature of the leniency as well as the understanding of Rebby Nechemya's view on Tiltul Keilim. We will analyze the controversy between Rashi & Tos' regarding the applicability of the Heter Tiltul LeTzorech Mekomo according to Rebby Nechemya. In the last part of the shiur we will study the Ritva's fundamental distinction between Muktza and the GeZeira of Issur Tiltul Keilim.
