Chatei Kedei Sheyizkeh: an overview of seven considerations in the sugya of chatei- 1) the מחייב of חטא, analyzing two general models: כל ישראל ערבים and a more global weighing of חטא ומצווה; several nafka mina between these two models. 2) Is chatei really about זוכה בעצמו or not- Meiri, Mahartz Chayot, R. Yitzchak Elchanan, Tiffereth Yaakov. 3) different interpretations of Arvut. 4) what kind of aveirah is being violated. 5) what kind of zechut is achieved - preventing an issur deoraita, to fulfill a mitzvah derabanan, preventing הקב"ה כועס, allowing a kohen to do avodah, preventing arayot, monetary loss, preventing an aveirah be'oneis. 6) internal relationship between the cheit and mitzvah. 7) is there a cheit when we say chatei.
