Description

We will study two issues related to Muktza and Nolad: one - why is Ochel Nefesh a Matir permitting Tiltul Muktza but not Achilas Muktza? Two - how and why does Rabbenu Tam postulate that even Rebby Shimon who permits Muktza would admit that Nolar is prohibited? We will at the sugyot in Masechet Shabbat 29a & Beitza 33a, and analyze the distinction Tos' makes between Nolad Gamur in the cases of ashes, rainwater, and the Beitza, and Nolad SheEino Gamur in the case of Broken Utensils.
