Pages 60-62 (plus appendix 8). The key to our connection with God is His names. His essence is beyond our comprehension. However His essence fills His names, so by knowing His names, we can connect to His essence. This type of knowledge is not intellectual but rather emotional. Knowledge of God's names engenders tremendous love and awe of Him. The beginning of this knowledge requires a removal of any foreign and material pleasures. The soul is the language of God. To have a true relationship with God, we need to attune ourselves to our souls desires. By knowing His name, then when we call out to Him, our prayers will always be answered.
