We will establish three categories of Muktza Machmat Issur. The most severe of the three is as well as the least severe are agreed upon; the middle category is the subject of a controversy between Rebby Yehuda & Rebby Shimon. This is discussed in Masechet Shabbat 44b & 46b, and includes trumpets, chicken coupes & couches designated for securing currency. These are utensils that are exclusively designed for prohibited use.
