Within the context of our series on Mitzvot Bein Adam L'Chaveiro, we will study the Halachos which regulate how one should appropriate his or her Tzedakah monies. We will discuss a wide variety of principles and cases within the laws of Tzedakah. The Rambam's introduction to the 10th Chapter of Hilchos Matnas Aniyim, together with the comments of the Derech Emuna, offer fascinating insights to the greatness and unique status of this mitzva.
