We will study the status of muktza when engendered by Issur in the case of the candle, the oil, and the flame, when these were kindled prior to Shabat for the mitzva of lighting the Shabbat candles. What is unique about Muktza Machmat Issur? How and why does Migu DeIskatzai play such a main role in this context? Does Rebby Shimon accept this principle? Do we pasken like Rebby Yehuda? Why is the flame muktza? We will study the various possibilities to explain the Issur Tiltul regarding the flame. The insights of the Chazon Ish and HaGram Feinstein will be studies. Why is the Ner itself Assur BiTiltul? Why is the oil Muktza? We will look at the Magen Avraham's two Nafka Minot between Mitzva & Shema Yechabe. Issur Tiltul or Mistapek BiShemen.
