Pages 49-50. Reb Nechunya ben Hakana and his tefilah, Ana B'Koach, give a Jew the ability to express himself to God. The role a Tzaddik and any tefilos (prayers) he pens, and to give people who struggle "talking" to God, the ability to to talk and pray. The lower a generation is, the more need there is to connect to the exaltedness of previous generations. Therefore, Ana B'Koach has never been more appropriate than at the end of time, right before Moshiach. This generation is very weak and requires a lot of strength. The prayer is said in the morning with Korbanos, because both deal with elevating everything back to it's source and root above.
