Within the context of our ongoing study of Mitzvot Bein Adam LeChaveiro, interpersonal mitzvot, we will study the Halachot of truth & falsehood. We have already begun our study of the biography of HaRav Yaakov Kaminetzky, and his unwavering commitment to Emet. WE WILL LOOK AT THE LONG LIST OF SCENARIOS WHICH COME UNDER THE PROHIBITION OF SHEKER, and derive the prima facia conclusion that the prohibition of Sheker limited to the chambers of a Jewish Court of Law. We will study the possibility of allowing license to speak Sheker in certain situations.
