In this shiur on Masechet Makot, we will analyze two different sugyos: first, the "seifa" of the MIshna on 4a, i.e., understanding the second controversy between Rebby Meir & Chachamim in the case of Eidim Zomemim who testified against the nidon that he deserves Malkos. And second, the Mishna on 5a of Meshalshalin BeMamon Ve'ein Meshalshilin BiMalkos. We will study the basic distinction between Mamon and Malkos according to Rashi and according to the Beis HaLevi.
