What about a chassidishe person leining in a non-chasidishe ashkenazic shul? Every נו is pronounced ני which לכאורה changes the meaning of every suffix. There is a shul in my neighborhood where this is done - should i not daven in that shul?

(תפילה כהלכתה (פרק טז הערה נג quotes from R' Elyashiv זצ"ל that someone who davens נוסח אשכנז should preferably not hear קריאת התורה in chassidic pronunciation "'מפני שהם אומרים הוא כהיא, וגם אין שומעים תמיד במדויק את שם ה," but one would still be יוצא בדיעבד. He also writes that the חזון איש was not מקפיד, and the גאב"ד דבריסק seems to have held that way as well. (I'm not sure if he's referring to the Brisker Rav or R' Simcha Zelig. See תשובות והנהגות סימן קנד. I unfortunately don't have access to a copy at the moment.)
