We will study the Ra'aved's new definition of Baal Davar and its impact upon the concept of Palginan Dibura, which allows us to beleive the witness with regard to someone else but not to himself. We will study three different definitions of Nogeah BeEidus, is he disqualified as a result of suspicion of purgery, is he a Baal Davar, or is he an Eid Pasul Betoras Karov since he is related to himself. We will try to defend Rashi against the onslaught of the Ramban and other Rishonim and understand how we can accept the testimony of the owner of the ox to the effect that both the Roveah and the ox will be killed.
