Re the Issur Tiltul Kelim we will study the various categories of utensils, and try to define the Issur Tiltul in the cases of Kli Shemelachto Leheter & Kli Shemelachto LeIssur and the relationship between the Issur tiltul and Muktza. There is a fundamental controversy as to whether Nechemya's injunction prohibiting Tiltul Kelim was a new, independent Gezeira, or an extension of the Issur Muktza. We will study the Gra's insight that Rebby Shimon can deny Muktza yet accept the Issur Tiltul Kelim which proves that Nechemya's injunction prohibiting Tiltul Kelim was a separate Gezeira and not Muktza. This would explain the leniency permitting tiltul kelim Letzorech Gufo. We will study the insight of the Pnei Yehoshua re Kli Shemelachto Leheter.
