In what scenario does Rav establish that the eid zomem pays his proportion of the payment? If there was Hazama against both eidim, the Mishna establishes this principle, and what did Rav add? But if there was Hazama against only one of the witnesses, then the Halacha is that Hazama doesn't apply!
