The Eidim Zomemim do not pay Kofer when they testified against the accused that his ox killed a human. The accused would have paid kofer to the next in kin of the victim. In this shiur we will explore the controversy between the Rambam and the Ramban as to what punishment - if any - is meted out to the Eidim, as well as the controversy regarding how to evaluate the price the owner of the ox must pay. Towards the end of the shiur we will offer an introduction to the next sugya, that of Eved Ivri.
