Why do the eidim zomemim get Malkot? Is malkot the defalt Kasher Zama when the latter cannot be applied literally? Or is Malkot simply a classic punishment for the violation of a Lav? In the second half of this shiur we will analyze the nature of the psul challalus which the eidim tried to impose on the nidon and which we would want to impose on the eidim?
