The Sugya in Psachim addresses the question of benifiting from Arlah and other Issurei HaNa'ah in an unusual manner for the sake of medical administration for a Chole SheAyn Bo Sakana. We will raise the possibility that even an Issur Deoraita, such as Chatzi Shiur, can be set aside for the sake of a Choleh. In the latter part of the shiur we will introduce the Sugya of HaNa'ah HaBa'ah Lo leAdam Ba'al Korcho, when a person benefits from Issurei HaNa'ah without seeking it out, it simply falls upon him inadvertently.
