Description

What happens if someone does not believe in the 13 principles of faith because of a mistake. Analyzing R. Chaim's principle "Nebekh apikores" (= an unfortunate heretic) is still an "apikores" (= heretic). NOTE: IN THE SHIUR THE RAMBAM'S POSITION CONCERNING THE TREATMENT OF HERETICS WAS MENTIONED (moridin etc.). THIS HALACHA IS NO LONGER APPLICABLE (as explained by Hazon Ish).
