We will discuss the following sugyot: a sefek Yisrael safek akum as far as Pikuach nefesh; the status of a Katan as far as Ishus and Shlichus, and the same for an akum; misas hab'al and Get; Yesh Get LeAchar Misah; zikas yibum; a nazir as far as kiddush al hayayin; a chole she'yesh bo sakana as far as aveiros is concerned; a Lav Shein Bo Malkos; a mute as far a testimony (eidus); the status of second-string relatives and the obligation to bury; the status of an Onen with regard to Birchot HaShachar and Havdala.
