Description

The second Lishna introduces the case of Shelo Kederech Hanasan, an unusual form of benefit, and establishes that just as Shelo Kederech Achilasan is exempt, the same Halacha applies to Hana'ah. This shiur has two goals: first, to analyze the question and answer of Tos' regarding one who eats aver min hachai. Second, to analyze the machlokes between the two leshonos.
