Description

In Orlah or Chelev, if you either changed the form of the foodstuff, or you ate something that should be eaten in one way and you ate it in a different way, this will come under Shelo Kederech Achilasan and does not constitute a violation of the Torah prohibition. Is there a Torah source for this principle? Or is this rule a reflection of a universal Svara, a rule that will express itself in a myriad of areas of Halacha.
