Why does Chizkiya need a hekesh equating Dam with Mayim, since Issurei Achila do not include Hana'ah? Perhaps we could have derived an Issur Hana'ah from a Kal VaChomer since Dam is Onesh Kares. Or does Chizkiya need the Hekesh to establish a Heter Sechora to permit the sale of Dam (according to the Mishne LeMelech)?
