The Torah permits melacha on Yom Tov for the purpose of Ochel Nefesh. Beit Hillel establish a principle of Mitoch, according to which the Torah permits alot more than preparing food. In this shiur we will investigate the various opinions regarding the definition and scope of Mitoch.
