Is hana'ah included in the issur achila according to Torah law. In this shiur we will begin to study the machloket between Chizkiah & Rebby Avahu regarding the relationship between Issur Achila and Issur Hana'ah. We will study the Rambam in Sefer Hamitzvot who explains why the issur hana'ah is not counted in the minyan taryag as an independent mitzva. We will analyze the beutiful question of the Pnei Yehoshu who presents a Kal VaChomer to derive the issur hana'ah in the case of chometz.
