Description

In the manuscripts of the Rambam's Mishna Torah, the word ketanim is omitted from the opening line of this Halacha. Thus, the Rambam has departed from his consistent custom to include ketanim with nashim and avadim in the list of those who are exempt from a mitzva. In this shiur we will investigate the possibility that a katan is indeed obligated in the mitzva of Talmus Torah.
