Description

Can the tenant assume that the landlord fulfilled his obligation and checked the house for chametz? Is everyone a "chaver" with regard to bedikat chametz, and if so do we need to ask the landlord if indeed he did bedika? In this shiur we will analyze the concept of chetzkato baduk as it applies to the case where a woman or a minor tell us that the bedika was performed.
