The case of a box used for both Chametz and matza in Psachim 7a raises the following question: what determines a Safek, the Rov or the Basra? On the one hand, he uses this box the year 'round for Chometz, but yet most recently he uses the box for Matza. Based on a mishna in Shkalim that deals with Maaser Sheni coins, the sugya establishes that Basra - the last use - will determine the Safek despite the contrary Rov.
