What does "or" mean, day or night? In this shiur we will study a series of proofs that "or" means day, as well as the rejection of these proofs. We will discuss the definition of a day in Halacha. Does the day end with sunset or with the Tzeit HaKochavim? We will present a variety of opinions as to why travel at night is discouraged, and the Halachik differences that result from these opinions, Finally, we will study the case of the burglarer who can be removed by the owner of the house.
