We will study the sugya in Psachim 4b, the case of the Maskir & the Socher, when the socher assumed that the Maskir had fulfilled his obligation of bedika and discovers that no bedika was implemented. Can the tenant back out of the deal since no Bedika was done? We will begin the next sugya: what is the source for the prohibition of possession of chometz on the 14th of Nissan?
