Description

Are women obligated in the mitzva of Tfilla? If she is, does she recite any prayer she chooses, and once a day, or is she obligated to pray thrice daily and to recite the amidah just as men are? In this shiur we wil examine the issue and attempt to define the concept of Time-bound mitzvot as this concept applies to the mitzvot of Shabbat (Kiddush), Kriat Shema, and daily tfilla.
