Following an overview of last week's shiur, we will continue our analysis of the Shitat HaGeonim that all Tzitzit strings must be made of wool. According to the Baal HaItur's presentation of the Geonim, strings of linen are Kosher for Tzitzis, but only if they are accompanied by strings of wool. In this shiur we will study the insights of the Malbim & Chidushei Reb Shlomo Hyman into the Baal HaItur and the Geonim.
