This is the first in a series of shiurim on Hilchot Tfilla. How do we choose a permanent Shaliach Tzibbur when these are two candidates for the position? Who comes first, the Tzaddik ben Tzaddik or the Tzaddik ben Rasha? This will lead us directly into the throes of a complex issue, namely, the role of Yichus in the efficacy of Tfilla.
